Marcal is the biggest air and water polluter in the state of New Jersey. They have been fined almost a billion dollars by the EPA, and do much more harm than good. They filed Chapter 11 to avoid paying for the clean up, and also used it as an opportunity to break their union contract. Nice guys, huh? Then when they emerged from bankruptcy, they painted themselves green. For them to claim to be a green, eco-friendly company is a joke, as well as a lie.

Our goal this year is to stop using bottled water and start taking it from the faucet by using a fliter.
Hey I already use a lot of baking soda and vinegar for things like cleaning out the sink drains… plus it’s like a mini science experiment for my science crazed 6yrold!

I will wash clothes in the washer, only when I have a full load,and use cold water..I will take the recyclables up the the recycling depot, I will turn of the lights and appliances in the house as much as possible!

12 Buy a reusable bottle to take with you on the go, so you can always refill it from a tap and avoid buying bottled water.
