Winners will be notified and will have 24 hours to confirm receipt of the e-mail. If they do not reply within 24 hours, another winner will be selected. Open to participants in the US and Canada 18 years and older. One entry per person.

State Farm will provide for the Sweepstakes one Visa cash card worth $250. This prize is transferable. The winner will be notified by e-mail and will have 24 hours to confirm receipt of the prize before another winner is selected.

    One thing I REALLY want to do, to start the new year off right, is to start walking again. I used to do it 3 or 4 times a week, but then it either rained, or snowed, or was too cold, or too hot, or too windy, whatever. I really NEED to get back in the swing again. I’m 82 years old and this seems the healthiest way to stay active.

    Happy New Year to All!! One thing I would like to start doing in the new year to adopt a healthy-living lifestyle is to learn how to cook more vegetarian dishes/meals. I am beginning to feel as though I pay more attention to preparing meals I know the kids will like rather than what they may not like so much, but is much healthier for them and my husband and I! Less pizza and macaroni and cheese and casserole type meals and more stir fry vegetarian healthy meals is what I want to achieve this year! We already (as a family) get lots of exercise because of sports activities we are all involved in, but our diets need to be improved! Thanks so much for the chance to enter!
