Do you remember your first road trip and asking with excitement: "Are we there yet?" The menopause journey is similar in that it has a final destination, but lots of stops along the way—these three stops to be specific:
- Perimenopause (fluctuating hormones and an ETA that can span for years)
- Menopause (the day you hit going 12+ months without monthly bleeding)
- Postmenopause (enjoying the rest of your life period free)
The key to managing your menopausal journey is to prepare for it, have the right mindset, and talk about it with other menopause mavens.
Join @PauseMeNot and our panel of experts as we chat about determining the stages of menopause and its treatments. The party will be held on October 11, 2021, from 9 p.m. - 10 p.m. ET (8 CT /7 MT / 6 PT).
