Sarah Covenant Homes: In-Chat Giveaway
“To provide love, quality education, spiritual and medical care in a family environment, primarily to abandoned children with special needs.” The overarching mission statement of Sarah’s Covenant Homes is quite simple yet its actions and stories make for a last change on the lives of the children they help and those of us who seek to help.
Sarah’s Covenant Homes is dedicated to providing special needs children with the safety and love of a family environment – an environment many of us take for granted. These children suffer from a variety of illnesses from autism to brain damage. Rather than living in one large facility, these children live in smaller, family-style apartments, where they can receive more one on one attention.
Currently Sarah’s Covenant Homes is raising funds to get spinal surgery for one child, to purchase wheelchairs for eight children, and to purchase a new van to take 30 of their kids to and from school everyday. Learn how you can help: http://on.fb.me/REQjqK

Giveaway requirements and instructions will be explained during the #gno Twitter party. The winner of the in-chat giveaway will win 5 handmade bracelets from Sarah’s Covenant Homes (ARV: $50). These bracelets are made by some of the older girls during their on-site special education classes.
