How often do you travel a year? Do you travel with a purpose or you do it because you have extra time? How does traveling with a cause sound to you?

Passports with Purpose does just that. The organization is formed by a group of travel bloggers who have decided to give back to the community with the help of donors, sponsors, travel service and product providers. Some of their awesome projects in the past include renovation of schools in Mali and Cambodia, water wells for Haiti, libraries in Zambia, development of livelihood programs and a village that housed 25 families in India.

Passports with Purpose has chosen Worldreader to be this year's beneficiary. With the combined donations raised this year, the organization will bring digital reading to 5 libraries in Western Kenya, with each library getting 50 Kindle e-readers. Over 6,250 children, teachers and parents will benefit from this event and will be able to gain access to more than 50,000 books in English and Swahili. This year, the work continues. And you can take part by donating, (after PayPal fees, 100% of the funds goes to the beneficiary) or become a sponsor or participate in their social media campaigns. The current fund raising for Kenya will run from November 8 until 11:59 pm EST of November 18.
