Hungry Jack Stars and Stripes Pancake Mix
My kids know it is a special day when I make them pancakes for breakfast in the middle of the week. We usually do this on the weekends, but rarely during the week. Now that it is summer and we aren't so rushed in the morning, we have been making pancakes more often. With the 4th of July just around the corner, I thought it would be fun to surprise my kids with some new Hungry Jack Stars & Stripes Funfetti pancake mix.
This pancake mix is easy to make and packed with delicious flavor. As soon as I added water the mix began to get light and fluffy. It actually started to rise in seconds, something I have never seen a pancake mix do. When you plate them up for your family no one will know they are not homemade.
So when you are planning your holiday festivities, don't forget to make some Hungry Jack pancakes. They will start your breakfast out with a sparkle.
