Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Giveaway: Win a PBS KIDS and Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Prize Pack
A new generation of preschool “neighbors” will get to experience the Neighborhood of Make-Believe when DANIEL TIGER’S NEIGHBORHOOD premieres this Labor Day, Monday, September 3, on-air on PBS KIDS with a special one-hour block of two back-to-back episodes.
If you remember the Trolley, Fred Rogers’ red sweater and sneakers, you’ll love seeing this new show and sharing it with your preschoolers. DANIEL TIGER’S NEIGHBORHOOD is the first TV series from The Fred Rogers Company and inspired by the iconic, award-winning Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood. The show stars 4-year-old Daniel Tiger, son of the original program’s Daniel Striped Tiger, who invites young viewers into his world, giving them a kid’s-eye view of his life.
The show uses catchy, musical strategies that reinforce the show’s social-emotional competencies based on common early learning themes. Preschoolers and parents will both sing – and use these musical strategies in everyday life!
Be sure to mark your calendar for the Twitter party with @PBSKIDS @danieltigertv and series creator Angela C. Santomero @angelasclues on Tuesday, August 28 from 9:00 – 10:00 p.m. EST! Also, don’t forget to tune in Monday, September 3 and watch the premiere of Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood!
