Quaker Giveaway: Win Amazing Heart Giveaway

The American Heart Association reports that today, 1 in 3 Americans have some form of heart disease, including high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, heart failure, stroke, and other conditions. In honor of American Heart Month, Quaker wants to help raise awareness about how people can take steps to improve their heart health.

As many of you know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day and Quaker is spreading the word to make mornings amazing. Taking care of your heart is important at every age and Quaker is on a mission to help people get more out of mornings one delicious and heart-healthy breakfast at a time. Tell us what steps you plan to take to improve your heart health in the comments section below for a chance to win Quaker’s Amazing Heart giveaway.

The Prizes

This week's giveaway is all about raising awareness on Heart Health. One lucky winner will receive Quaker’s Amazing Heart kit, which includes Quaker oatmeal bowl and products, a yoga mat, Dr. Nieca Goldberg's Complete Guide to Women's Health, Quaker Oats heart-healthy recipes and a heart rate monitor. (ARV: $250).

    One thing I am doing is sitting down and eating breakfast every morning. I used to just grab something fast, which was sometimes a doughnut and coffee or even danish. I was hungry before lunch so I would raid the vending machine at work. Now I sit down with my children and husband and we eat a balanced breakfast with juice and milk. My day starts out so much better and I have eliminated all the junk food I have been eating.
