Tropicana Trop50: Monday #gno Twitter Party on Dressing for Success
Dressing for success gives women a sense of empowerment and confidence. Whether it’s sitting through a job interview or heading out to the store to run errands, how you present yourself to the world says a lot. However, unfortunately, many women do not have the funds or support system to achieve this inner and outer confidence.
In an effort to help women help each other achieve this confidence and empowerment, Tropicana Trop50 created the Girlfriends Giving Goodness program to support Dress for Success Worldwide, a non-profit organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
If you want to help other women, there are two easy things you can do:
- Tell your friends they’re fabulous by sharing a fabulous gift from now through January 24, and Trop50 will make a $50 donation to Dress for Success Worldwide (up to $25,000) to extend support to other women.
- And submit your wish for a chance to win $1,000 to make your friend’s wish come true. For every wish received, Trop50 will donate $10 to Dress for Success Worldwide, up to $50,000 throughout the contest entry period. No purchase necessary. Ends 8/31/11. See Official Rules for details.
