POPEYE & BLUTO’S BILGE-RAT BARGES – Popeye & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges, a family-friendly white-water raft ride that puts riders in the middle of the age-old conflict between Popeye and Bluto. Guests set sail to help Popeye save Olive Oyl from Bluto. Located in Toon Lagoon in Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme park, riders will get soaked in this splashing raft ride.
