“Who’s Your Valentine?” Photo Contest Entry Form

Thanks to Valentine's Day, the month of February is all about showing others how much you love and care about them. So, who's your Valentine? We can't wait to see photos of your Valentine during our "Who's Your Valentine?" Photo Contest! Please click here for additional information about the contest and prizes, as well as to see the most recent entries!

How To Enter:

Please follow these two steps to enter:

  1. Upload one photo that best answers the question: “Who’s Your Valentine?”
  2. Write a brief description of why the image best answers the question "Who's Your Valentine?" Get creative!

Feel free to check out all of entries and the Hershey's Kisses prizes before entering.

Guidelines:

All entries must follow these guidelines:

Upload a jpg photo of your Valentine that is no greater than 1 MB. You may enter as many times as you would like. However, you must upload a different Valentine photo each time you enter. All entries will be moderated so we ask that you submit appropriate photos. You must be 18 years of age to enter and have permission to submit the photo, including from the person shown in the photo.

The contest runs from February 5-29, 2012. The entry submission deadline is February 29, 2012. The winner will be announced on the Mom It Forward Facebook page on March 5, 2012. By submitting your photograph, you grant permission for Mom It Forward to use your photograph as described in the Official Rules, including on our website and our Facebook page. If you have any questions about the submittal process, please email [email protected]. Judging:

Judging will be conducted by Mom It Forward judges. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entertained thereafter. Judging for the “Who’s Your Valentine?” Photo Contest will be based on the following criteria:

  1. Best interpretation of the theme
  2. Picture quality
  3. Narrative/Description of the Valentine
