"Cheap" used to be a term that would make any stylish gal cringe. But it's safe to say that being frugal or dare we say budget conscious is actually pretty stylish these days. Who among us does not live for the ultimate brag: "Oh this designer handbag? Yeah, 30 bucks at TJ Maxx!"
