It is so versatile and hearty! You can make any kind u want with any ingredients you want. Vegetables like spinach, squash, etc. Or meats like hamburger, sausage, chicken. Or combinations of meats and/or vegetables. And the cheese, oh, the cheese. I love to use mozzarella, provolone, all different kinds.
