I loved reading the Ramona series as a child. My second grade teacher would read us a chapter every day after lunch, I looked forward to going to school every day to find out what she was going to do next. Then that summer, I would get a book in the series from the book mobile every week and got to read them all myself then I moved on to the Baby sitters club which I loved dearly also. I believe that it when my interest in reading really started and I owe that all to Beverly Cleary . She captivated my imagination and made me really enjoy reading.

Hope I did that right! Cheerios are still my favorite cereal after all these years…I pretend to buy them for the kids! I would donate the books to the elementary school that I work at, for kids to take home. OVer 85% of them are from low income homes and my children have tons of books.
