Sweet Pepper Salsa Recipe
Are you ready for some fresh vegetables and bold flavor? I know many of us have had cold and dreary weather, so I thought we all would enjoy some beautiful color on our tables! I have a Sweet Pepper Salsa recipe for you guys today. It is very easy to make and since it's sweet (and not spicy!) my kids even liked it.
Sweet Pepper Salsa Recipe
What you need
- 1 Can of tomatoes (or fresh if you have them!)
- 1/4 Sweet onion - diced
- 1/2 Lime - squeeze for the juice
- 1/4 cup Fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 Jalapeno - take the seeds out...the seeds are the HOT part!
- 1 Red Fresno Pepper - take the seeds out
- 2 Tablespoons of minced garlic
- 5 Sliced Mini sweet peppers - I used the Bella Fina Sweet Peppers
What You Do
- Add all your ingredients into a food processor until well blended
- Enjoy!
You can easily add more garlic or cilantro to taste...or some of those seeds if you like it spicy 🙂 This was actually the first time I made fresh salsa and I was amazed just how easy it is. The freshness is just delicious!
