The Muppets Team Up With Tina Fey in 2014

Does the phrase "Kermmmmmmiiiiiiieeeee!" make you as happy as it makes me? Something about The Muppets brings an immediate smile to my face, especially when it's learning that they have a new film coming to theaters March 21, 2014.

Then, couple The Muppets with Tina Fey and you've got the makings for an amazingly funny movie. So what if it is a year away? More time to be excited, right?

The Muppets...Again!

Disney’s “The Muppets …Again!” takes the entire Muppets gang on a global tour, selling out grand theaters in some of Europe’s most exciting destinations, including Berlin, Madrid, and London. But mayhem follows the Muppets overseas, as they find themselves unwittingly entangled in an international crime caper headed by Constantine—the World’s Number One Criminal and a dead ringer for Kermit—and his dastardly sidekick Dominic, aka Number Two, portrayed by Ricky Gervais. The film stars Tina Fey as Nadya, a feisty prison guard, and Ty Burrell as Interpol agent Jean Pierre Napoleon.

The Muppets: A Family Tradition

The Muppets brings back so many awesome family memories. We watched the original Muppet movie over and over again as children. My five siblings and I have been known to dance (as adults) to the original movie's sound track. Then later, as we've had our own families, we've watched the DVDs with our kids. The Muppets Christmas Carol, anyone? And we may or may not have been the ones laughing the loudest in the theater on Thanksgiving 2011 when we saw the Muppets as an entire family to celebrate our day of thanks.
