  20. Perhaps my greatest contribution to my families good health is providing the most nutritional heart healthy fruits (especially blueberries) and vegetables in their daily diets. We like to initiate fun outdoor activities like touch football or water volleyball in the pool. Not only are we exercising we are building family spirit and the laughter makes my heart sing. When I read about the exceptional value of adding nuts to our families diet, i did so with no time to waste. It has become a staple and as an added bonus they taste wonderful!!!
