    I wake up at 7AM Mon-Fri I make bfast, lunch for hubby then I start my exercise routine which consist of doing a 30mins Zumba class at home. When hubby is back from work around 6pm I go to my community GYM and walk in the treadmill for about 25 mins. Inexpensive and totally worth it!

    There are 3 ways I work fitness into my day. First, I am up everyday between 4-4:30 am to do my Yoga routine. It is the only time of day that I have totally to myself before the kids/hubby are up and that is when I feel the most physically and spiritually able to get the most out of it. Then we have 2 dogs, so I walk them at least twice a day, long walks. Lastly, 4 times a week I run, usually about 4 miles each time. I do this when I have the time and the weather is cooperative, but I make sure to get those runs in! Thanks so much for the chance to enter.
