Meal Plan: Cooking in a Bind
Meal Plan—Mom going out of town was always a big deal at my house growing up. It meant no chores and dad would order pizza. However, after three nights of pizza, even the pizza-loving kid can't do it anymore. Dad hasn't gone shopping and is in a bind. Looking in the fridge and pantry, he sees that the house is well-stocked in cheese, noodles, potatoes, beef/chicken, and more cheese.
Looks like it is casserole experimentation night. Here are some lovely, delicious meals that are simple to make and taste great. Mom can even make them before she leaves for the girl's weekend and put them in the freezer. Even dad can't complain about the easy-to-follow instructions of turning on the oven and putting the casserole inside.
