Love is in the air with Valentine's Day right around the corner and no time like the present to start in on a couple of cute Valentine's home decor DIY projects.

Valentine's Day Love Jars

These love jars, by Stephanie Dulgarian, are perfect for setting out on a table, on top of a piano, on a mantle, or in another prominent place in your house. You can make them in traditional Valentine's Day colors or in colors that match your home decor. All you need are clear jars, paint (satin and puffy paint), and embellishments. Check out the step-by-step instructions for this easy DIY project.

Valentine's Day Bunting

Becca Dulgarian, in this tutorial, shows us how to make a Valentine's Day bunting. Perfect for hanging over the mantle, over an entry way, or simply putting up on the wall, this is simple project that really can stay up all year long. As with the bottles, you can match the colors to your home decor or use fabric and embellishments in traditional Valentine's Day colors. One thing to note about this project is that it requires a bit of sewing. I don't know about you, but this is where I'd have my mom step in and help! Check out the tutorial to get started.
